
MM SHRM STRATEGIC PLAN
It is important to the MM SHRM Board of Directors that we continually lead the organization in a way that advances both MM SHRM as well as the human resource profession and ensures that our members are provided with a positive professional opportunity. As board members, we are confident that if we continue on our strategic plan over the next few years, we will have enhanced the services that MM SHRM provides to its members and we will have contributed to advancing the image of the profession in our community of Southeastern Wisconsin.
As part of Metro Milwaukee SHRM's strategic plan for the next few years, the Board has identified four key goals. These goals are to:
- Build brand and market MM SHRM internally and externally
- Expand board member impact
- Create leading edge development opportunities for MMSHRM members and leaders
- Recruit and retain MM SHRM members.
We believe these four goals are essential for the future and continued success of our professional organization.
We encourage you to examine the specific objectives outlined in our strategic plan that will guide the work of the Board of Directors in accomplishing the four key goals that we have identified.
