PRESENTATION:
"Managing Total Rewards under Health Care Reform" by Scott Weltz of Milliman, Inc.
Due to the dynamic nature of the Health Care Reform law, it has a unique impact on each organization. This session will highlight the key assessments that organizations are performing to develop customized strategies in response to the law and its impact on their total rewards packages.

Scott Weltz is a Consulting Actuary with Milliman. He provides financial and risk management support to the insurance and healthcare industries, with an emphasis on employee benefit issues. He has helped numerous clients with strategies to optimize the opportunities presented by health care reform and places particular emphasis on developing practical solutions for organizations dealing with complex health care financing issues.
