Metro Milwaukee SHRM will be hosting its annual Fall Forum on Thursday, November 8 at the Sheraton in Brookfield.  This full-day event focuses on the legal, legislative and regulatory issues that affect your business.  The program will begin with an overview of the Fall elections which will have been held just a two days earlier.  Be among the first to hear an analysis of the election results and how they might affect HR policies going forward.  After that, Dennis Winter, the Chief Economist for the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development will bring us up to date on the most pressing issue facing businesses today – the availability of a workforce.  His insights will set the table for programs throughout the day that will address talent acquisition, workplace behavior, legal and illegal substances in the workplace and more.

The Fall Forum will be filled with timely insights from experts, but it offers much more!  The afternoon sessions are designed to be interactive, with instructors using case studies, group discussions, and more to engage the audience and to go deeper into each of the topics in a real-world way.  You’ll not only learn from the session leaders, you’ll learn from your peers and contribute to the body of knowledge with your own insights.

A continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks are included.
