JOB SUMMARY /
DESCRIPTION:
The Total Rewards Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of Badger Meter’s Total Rewards programs as well as the broader HR function. You will provide administrative support across all areas of total rewards, including Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness. As a centralized Total Rewards resource, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience by addressing questions, promoting understanding of programs, and proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance outcomes.

Education and Experience:
High School degree required; Associate's Degree in a Human Resources field preferred
3+ years of experience in Human resources, administrative support, or office management
Qualifications:
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
Basic experience working with an HRIS system, preferably Workday preferred
