JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION:

Children's Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our amazing team! This is a full-time, benefits eligible position that will have a hybrid work environment that will include some work from home and some onsite work as operational needs dictate.

The HR Business Partner works within an assigned client group, assesses and anticipates people related needs and collaborates proactively with operational leaders and various HR disciplines. The HRBP also provides consultation and partnership to staff and leaders as a trusted advisor, and seeks to develop integrated solutions. The individual in this role works to formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leaders and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or closely related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Five years of related human resource experience, preferably generalist experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Professional, Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional, Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of work.
