JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION:

Payroll Responsibilities:

  • Backup payroll when needed

Benefits

  • Support employees with questions on their benefits plans; fully understand and explain all insurance programs
  • Enroll new employee benefits, changes, and terminations online for medical, dental, life using vendor websites. Update employee information as needed.
  • Procure all benefits enrollment paperwork and keep benefits online processes running smoothly and ensure correct enrollments

Recruiting

  • Manage recruiting and job postings on various recruiting platforms,
  • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate with managers throughout hiring process

Human Resources

  • Maintain confidentiality of all personnel & company data
  • Input new hire data ensuring that all required forms are completed and signed
  • Process all employee onboarding and separations
  • Process employee changes
  • Maintain and update all employee handbook and policies
  • Resource for all employees and employee engagement

REQUIREMENTS:  

Experience in HR, payroll processing – 3 years minimum
Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and experience with DocuWare a plus!
High initiative with ability to self-direct and establish priorities
