JOB SUMMARY /
The HR Generalist Position will be involved in all levels of Human Resources, including: payroll, benefits and personnel administration, data entry, record keeping, personnel file administration, and ad hoc Excel reports. This position will be integral in all personnel and benefits related issues for the Corporation and the various plant and facility locations. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll and administration skills.
5 years of HR experience
High energy, positive, “can-do” attitude, flexible, detail oriented with a high degree of initiative.
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced skills in Excel preferred
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with plant/facility personnel and all levels of management
Payroll Processing experience is a plus
