JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION:

We are a seeking a bright, forward thinking, deadline driven and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this generalist role, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of core human resources functions including:

  • HRIS, Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Process Improvement and Implementation
  • Assisting with Employee Benefits Plan design and implementation
  • Employee Relations
  • Training coordination and development
As a key member of the team, you will provide the highest level of support to all levels of the organization.  Our company is growing quickly and the opportunities to learn and grow are boundless. 

REQUIREMENTS:  

The successful candidate will possess:

  • BA/BS in Business, Human Resources or related field with 3-5 years broad HR experience
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration experience including strong HRIS system knowledge
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented work style
  • Highly adaptable/flexible and process driven mindset
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Ability to communicate and work well with teams and all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
