JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION:

Want to join a fast paced, energetic, and highly collaborative Organization Development team? Leadership Development has never been more important and this role is at the center of it all!

You will be responsible for consultation, design, program management and measurement of leadership development and culture shaping programs, integrating with: culture, engagement, performance management, diversity and inclusion, succession management, and change management. Provide oversight to leadership development programs to ensure they are applied optimally across the enterprise and aligned to key organizational strategies and goals. Take a lead role in strategic planning for leadership development. Be responsible for goal setting and budgeting of leadership and organizational development programs. This position requires effective internal consulting skills, mastery facilitation skills, and expertise in the design and delivery of strategic solutions. This position also serves as the internal liaison with external partners to deliver best in class leadership development and culture programs.

REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree strongly preferred, in the areas of Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology or related field.
  • Strong facilitation skills and executive presence.
  • Five years of organizational development experience in areas such as: design of talent processes, leadership development, performance consulting, and culture work.
