POSITION SUMMARY:
The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist will partner with the OD Manager and Corporate HR team to develop processes and communication that support Talent Management and OD initiatives throughout Rockline. Initiatives this position will be responsible for include Performance Management, development objective plans and related learning, change management, surveys and assessments and other talent management processes to drive effective standardization and alignment across the organization. This position will partner with the Corporate HR Team and the OD Manager to develop and deliver organizational engagement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Subject matter expert (SME), process owner and system administrator of Performance Management.
  • Conceptualize and develop tools and internal marketing communications to support Talent Management programs
  • Create individual and team development plans.
  • Research, design, develop, and procure learning and development programs directed toward improving the effectiveness and profitability of the company.
  • Research content, design presentations/supplemental materials, and facilitate the delivery of content/learning sessions and other initiatives related to the overall OD strategy.
  • Strengthen the Rockline associate experience by ensuring associates are aware of and effectively utilize HR information, programs, resources/tools related to development and Performance Management.
  • Administration of the recognition program and management of the Educational Reimbursement program

REQUIREMENTS:  

  • 5 years progressive experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Organizational Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, additional years of experience will be considered.
  • Training in adult learning concepts and leadership/individual contributor development.
  • Previous experience with a HCM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to design and develop effective/professional digital and print communications.
  • Experience with e-learning or authoring software (i.e. Captivate, Powtoon, VideoScribe) a plus.
  • Experience with on-line networking software (i.e. Gatheround) a plus.
