SoftwareONE is looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to support the Sales organization within North America. The P&C Business Partner is responsible for aligning business goals and objectives while providing guidance and direction across a variety of P&C functions, such as sales compensation, rewards and recognition, performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, training and professional development, M&A activity, legal/compliance, and data insights & trends. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across the Sales organization as well as the broader P&C team to drive innovation and achieve business results. Candidate must be located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where our Headquarters is located.

  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to stakeholders throughout NORAM
  • Establish relationships with our employee population to ensure company culture is protected, retention remains high, and employees are fully engaged.
  • Drive process improvements to support the sales organization and growth plan
  • Partner with P&C and internal clients to identify trends/areas of opportunity in order to drive efficiency and further enablement for the business
  • Foster a consistent, inclusive, and positive employee experience aligned to SoftwareONE’s values
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting effective, thorough, and impartial investigations
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Identifies training needs for business units and personalized executive coaching needs
  • Present people analytics to key stakeholders and create necessary action plans
  • Participate in global P&C initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years’ experience in an HRBP role, preferably in a technical sales organization with recognized success driving change and performance in the business. SHRM Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional highly desired
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, immigration/mobility, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
