Rogers Behavioral Health is a private, not-for-profit provider of specialized mental health and addiction services. Rogers offers evidence-based treatment for adults, children, and adolescents with depression and other mood disorders, eating disorders, addiction, obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders, trauma, and posttraumatic stress disorder.
The Senior Total Rewards Analyst (STRA) provides strategic and operational leadership to design and administer Total Rewards strategies and programs for Rogers Behavioral Health.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs and rewards and recognition initiatives.
- Provide strategic human resources counsel to business leadership in the areas of market-based pay and compensation trends, job design and analysis, rewards, and recognition (including incentives), and pay practices
- Partner with respective teams to understand legislative changes affecting our business.
- Manages applicable benefits vendor relationships including RFPs, contract negotiations and performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Healthcare or related field required.
- Minimum of six (6) years human resources experience, including four (4) years in a Total Rewards capacity with specific responsibility for compensation programs.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
