Alexander Hughes is conducting a VP or HR Director search for our client, Poclain Hydraulics. Poclain is a global leader in power transmission solutions.
JOB SUMMARY /
DESCRIPTION:
The HR Director will lead and support the strategic people direction within a complex US and global operation in a matrix environment. The HR Director will lead an overall strategic business partnership to the company to build an engaged workforce, drive positive culture and achieve company goals.
The VP/HR Director will be a vital advocate for company employees, owning all programs and policies pertaining to the employee experience. The HR Director works with the executive team to continue to develop, implement, and maintain plans and best practices for the human resources function, ensuring the plans and practices are consistent with overall company goals and objectives, and in accordance with governing rules and regulations.
