New Year's Networking
Join us on January 15th for our largest Networking Event of the year! Your registration includes a 1-hour presentation from Anna Oakes on Intrapreneurship, and 2 hours of networking with your fellow Milwaukee HR professionals. Registration opens up at 3:30, followed by Anna's presentation from 4:00pm - 5:00pm, and concluding with our networking mixer until 7:00pm.
Meet the Speaker
Anna Oakes is a leadership and talent development strategist who helps organizations unlock intrapreneurial capacity at every level. Drawing on experience building intrapreneurial cultures for over 20 years, Anna partners with HR and business leaders to spark everyday innovation that helps individuals, teams, and the organization build and strengthen effectiveness and flourishing.

This session reframes intrapreneurship not as a niche “innovation” program, but as an everyday way of working that unlocks employee effectiveness, psychological safety, and thriving. Participants will see how structured intrapreneurship practices can reduce burnout, increase ownership, and strengthen HRs position as the architect of a flourishing, future‑ready workforce.
