Topic: Financial Wellness Strategies for the Workplace

Description: Financial stress affects over 70% of the American workforce, creating a dramatic cost to organizational bottom-lines that has been largely ignored – but not for much longer. Progressive organizations are pushing the boundaries by incorporating financial help into their overall wellness initiatives. We invite you and your colleagues to join us for an interactive discussion about financial wellness. You will walk away with an understanding of why financial wellness has gained traction in the benefits field, a rationale for promoting financial wellness internally, and key considerations to keep in mind when developing a financial wellness initiative.
