During his 18-year advisory career, he has seen the retirement plan industry go through both positive and negative changes, which provides perspective to the current changes affecting plans sponsors.
Additionally, John specializes in working with business owners and executives to help build strategic wealth management strategies tailored to the unique needs of these leadership groups.
Currently John holds the following designations: Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and is a Certified Financial Planner®.

She enjoys helping organizations cut through complexity, make rewards easier to understand, and equip leaders to have better conversations about pay and benefits. Kate is especially passionate about ensuring employees truly understand and feel the value of the rewards offered to them.
